Terms and Conditions of Sale
ALL ACTIVITIES BOOKED THROUGH BE SEEDSATIONAL PTY LTD ARE SUBJECT TO THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. When booking an activity with BE SEEDSATIONAL PTY LTD you agree and are bound by the Terms and Conditions of Be SEEDsational Pty Ltd
2. The Customer agrees to pay the total amount of the activity to BE SEEDSATIONAL PTY LTD within 14 business days after the activity date. Failure to pay the total amount owing by the DUE DATE, will incur administration and late fees.
3. TERMINATION TERMS: All discontinuations must be communicated in written form and recognized by Be SEEDsational Pty Ltd. Termination requests via phone calls, text messages, or voicemails will not be accepted. If a session booked and verified through Be SEEDsational Pty Ltd is terminated by the client:
• A service charge of $50.00 will be applicable for each activity booking.
• If cancelled 45 business days prior to the activity, no charges apply.
• If cancelled 30 business days prior to the activity, 25% of the booking fee becomes due*.
• If cancelled 15 business days prior to the activity, 50% of the booking fee becomes due*.
• If cancelled 7 business days or less prior to the activity, the full booking fee (100%) becomes due*.
*Charges are calculated based on the count of children mentioned during booking. Standard payment terms remain, with the amount to be settled within 14 business days post the planned event.
Situations outside the client's influence will be evaluated by Be SEEDsational Pty Ltd individually.
4. For activities needing VEHICLE ACCESS, ensuring necessary permits before the service provider's arrival is crucial. Non-compliance results in full charges.
5. Invoice amounts are derived from the child count provided at booking. Updates MUST be made 14 days before the event, or extra charges may apply. Venue staffing levels are set depending on the numbers advised.
6. BE SEEDSATIONAL PTY LTD do not offer credit facilities to Customers.
7. Delayed payments beyond the mentioned date on the Invoice/Statement attract a weekly late fee of AU $50. Unsettled or contested invoices may lead to involving Debt Collection or Legal services. All associated costs will be borne by the client.
8. Clients must ensure the provided Tax Invoice reaches the responsible payment personnel, ensuring timely settlements – within 14 working days post event. This will ensure that delays do not occur in paying the total amount of the invoice by the due date.
9. In instances where the Customer’s Accounts Payable Team cannot fulfil payment within our Trading Terms of 14 business days from an activity / event, it is the Customer’s Responsibility to advise BE SEEDSATIONAL PTY LTD to issue an invoice with enough lead time prior to the activity / event to enable the invoice to be paid on time. The amount of this invoice will be based on child attendance numbers agreed to at the time of booking. If additional children attend the activity / event another invoice will be issued for the balance by Be SEEDsational Pty Ltd.
10. BE SEEDSATIONAL PTY LTD insists on maintaining necessary staff-child ratios during activities. We aim to offer enjoyable and secure experiences. Attendees should adhere to guidelines set by the venue or activity facilitator to ensure this commitment can be fulfilled.
Changes to these terms and conditions can be made by BE SEEDSATIONAL PTY LTD at their discretion. Reservations made after any changes indicate your agreement and compliance with the alterations.
